RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged or Defective Products in Shipment

If damage occurred to any product(s) in a shipment, contact your UNITE Business Consultant or UNITE Account Executive within (48) hours upon shipment delivery. Once notified, UNITE will request an electronic picture for proof of damaged goods. Upon proof, UNITE will then make arrangements to have the damaged goods picked up and will re-ship the products at UNITE’s expense. An RMA Number and Return Form will be issued that is required to be shipped back with the goods. Salon will be charged for replacement product if damaged or defective product is not returned to UNITE. UNITE is not responsible for replacing damaged goods if notified after (48) hours of shipment delivery. Please note that the UNITE Business Consultant is unable to pick up these items.

Shortage Claims or Order Inaccuracy

Any claim that an order was short of products or contained the wrong mix of products must be made within (48) hours of shipment delivery. These claims will be investigated immediately by our UNITE Account Executive. If the claim is found to be the fault of UNITE, products will be re-shipped at UNITE’s expense. In addition, UNITE will make arrangements to pick up any goods in question. An RMA Number and Return Form will be issued that is required to be shipped back with the goods. Salon will be charged for replacement/correction product if mis-shipped products are not returned to UNITE. UNITE is not responsible for any shortage or inaccurate order claims if notified after (48) hours of order receipt. Please note that the UNITE Business Consultant is unable to pick up these items.

Refusal Orders

In the event an order is refused that was shipped through no fault of UNITE, a 20% restocking fee along with the incurred shipping charges will be charged to Salon.

Client Returns

In the rare event that a client returns and is not completely satisfied with their UNITE product, please notify your UNITE Business Consultant or UNITE Account Executive. Once a month you may be issued an RMA Number and Return Form for client returns. Submit your list of returns, and your UNITE Account Executive will issue you an RMA Number. You can then ship the products back with the RMA Form in the box. Once the box has been received, UNITE will issue a product credit to be applied to a future order. UNITE is not responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that the UNITE Business Consultant is unable to pick up these items.

Other

At UNITE’s discretion, products may be returned for a product credit (no refunds) if they were purchased in the last (60) days and are in resalable condition. It is required the products are packed carefully to avoid damage in the shipment. Please contact your UNITE Business Consultant or UNITE Account Executive about the details of the return before shipping products back to the UNITE Warehouse. You will be issued an RMA Form and Return Form. These forms must be included in the shipment. UNITE is not responsible for any shipping fees. Upon receipt of the return shipment, UNITE will inspect all products. A credit in the amount of products that are resalable less a 20% restocking fee will be issued and must be applied on an order within 30 days.

A product is not resalable if:

– Products or packaging have been discontinued
– Products have stickers, scratches or other marks.
– Product was damaged in shipment that was in transit back to UNITE warehouse

A product credit will not be issued for product(s) that are:

– Not resalable as defined above
– Promotional items that were offered at special pricing
– Seasonal items such as holiday promotions
– Items purchased within a ‘kit’ such as Station Kits
– Complimentary products such as complimentary shipping products, products earned through the UNITE Rewards Program, Complimentary products given on Opening Orders or any other complimentary product.

UNITE Tools: The Return Policy above does not apply to any electric tools or scissors The return policy for these items can be provided separately.
