HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you would like to return a product purchased on unitehair.com you may do so within 30 days of purchase. In order to return a product please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization form. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. UNITE is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns – when sending back your exchange or return items please be sure to add insurance to your shipment. We will process your return as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
Note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned to our salons or distributors. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
