ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you submit your order, you should receive an order confirmation email within 5-10 minutes; in select cases, it may take up to an hour for your order confirmation to be emailed to you. If you still don’t receive your confirmation, please check the My Account section to view your order status, contact Customer Care at 888.95.UNITE or proshop@unitehair.com.

ORDER CHANGES

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Care at 888.95.UNITE or proshop@unitehair.com.  We’ll check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes for you.  Changes may not be possible if order is in process of being fulfilled.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

If you haven’t received your order within five (5) business days, please contact Customer Care at 888.95.UNITE or proshop@unitehair.com for assistance.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

We understand that sometimes a shipment may become damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Care at 888.95.UNITE or proshop@unitehair.com within 5 business days for assistance with returning the product.

MISSING PRODUCT

If your order is missing an item, please contact Customer Care at 888.95.UNITE or proshop@unitehair.com and have your packing list/invoice available. All claims that any order was short must be made within seven (7) days from the date of invoice.

RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT

Contact Customer Care at 888.95.UNITE and we will advise you on the appropriate return/exchange procedure.
